I joined the Conductors Association after being appointed Conductor RAOC and found it to be a well-run, supportive organisation with great communication and camaraderie. Now known as the Conductors Guild, it’s highly recommended for RLC Conductors.

Being involved with the Guild has been a real highlight. The events are enjoyable and thoughtfully put together, and the fundraising work is inspiring. What I appreciate most is how the Guild connects veterans, serving Conductors, and their families, it feels like one community with a shared history and a shared future. The merchandise is great quality too, and helps keep that sense of belonging alive. A brilliant organisation doing meaningful work.
